USED-OIL FURNACES AND BOILERS |
| System Features: Patented Fuel Metering Pump: Patented SteadyFlo pump system automatically provides accurate and precise metering over a wide range of fuels eliminating the need for manual flame adjustments regardless of viscosity. Commonly Used Fuels: Burns used Crankcase oils, ATF, Hydraulic oils, No. 2 fuel oil, Transmission oil - up to 90W. Integrated Air Compressor: On-board compressor eliminates the need to connect to shop air. Beckett Burner: Beckett burners, long recognized as industry-best. Patented Flame Retention Head: In conjunction with the Patented Nozzle Block Assembly ensures a controlled flame and optimal combustion. Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger (Furnaces): Because it is made of 18SR stainless designed to withstand high temperatures and resist corrosion, the heat exchanger is warranted for ten years. This design also eliminates the need for target walls and tubes. Wet Floor Based Heat Exchanger (Boilers): Water-cooling of heat exchanger prevents hot spots and metal deterioration. Squirrel Cage Blower (Furnaces): Permits quieter operation, increases efficiency and allows ducting when required. Barometric Damper and Draft Gauge (Furnaces): Increases furnace efficiency. Hourmeter: Analog meter records the actual burn time, not the blower time, so periodic maintenance is completed only when necessary. Easy-clean Design: Features such as the swing-away burner, horizontal heat exchanger (furnaces only) and access cap (furnaces) and removable rear access panel (boilers) make cleaning the heat exchanger and components quick and easy. UL and ASME Certifications: The entire EnergyLogic systems including tank, furnace or boiler, components, wiring and plumbing are UL certified for peace of mind. EnergyLogic boilers are ASME certified vessel construction, made of heavy carbon-steel for more strength, less corrosion and longer expected life than cast-iron boilers. |
